Adding hydraulic outlets on L724

What options do I have for adding a skidsteer type connection on the front of a L724 for running a grapple or ?? Would like to keep the universal connections that a skid steer has if I decide to rent a post hole digger for example. What kind of valve would have to be added to the joystick on a L3940?
