Hi,

I had a lek in one of my lines that I fixed but not before the level got really low. The site hole on the left side of the tractor does not even register any fluid when it should have a level of half the site glass. Do I just simply add fluid? How does the air get out?

Thankd

Yes just add fluid, make sure you loader is down on the ground, and your 3pt down to read the sight glass. Make sure the tractor is perfectly level, and keep in mind the fluid is very hard to see, and if you overfill you will think that the fluid level is low, so be careful to not overfill. Raise the FEL and 3pt and look at it to see if you see fluid level line then, if you do, you have overfilled. Don't worry about the air, it will take care of itself and work the air out. remember the tank is open to the air pressure. Add fluid in small amounts and keep checking if you don't know how much low you are.
