Adding dual rear remotes to a Ford 1920

I am in the process of adding rear remotes to my Ford 1920. I am trying to locate, or fabricate if necessary, some sort of bracket to hold the four hoses with quick disconnects in the rear of the tractor. I have seen them on tractors but I have done multiple searches and I would guess I don't know what they are called. Can anybody help me out???

This bracket will secure a pair of ISO female couplers. The way the couplers mount allow them to disconnect by giving the implement hose a firm jerk.
