I have a '08 XL level F-550 with the convenience package (power locks, windows, mirrors, etc). I added an inexpensive "car mate" keyless entry. I just extended the warranty at the cost of $3,000, so I'm gonna keep it 3+ more years.
Keyless entry pad: Is it possible to add the little stick-on keyless pad I see on the upper-level trucks after the truck is built? How would it be programmed? Does my aftermarket keyless entry cause issues?
I saw an '08 XL with the little keypad today ad would like to add one to mine.

Fog Lights: My factory headlights are pathetic. Yellow-looking and barely light up on low beam. Would like to add Ford factory fog lights and factory headlight/foglight switch. Can this be done? I removed factory switch and there is a harness behind it with unused wires-look like they're for fogs.
Back-up camera: I have the Ford CD MP-3 head unit. Would really like to have back-up camera. I do not have steering wheel controls. Is it possible to add the factory back-up camera unit?

As you can tell, I prefer a factory look. I really dislike junk mounted to my dash, aftermarket switches and wires all over the place. It's distracting when hauling loads.
Any help appreciated.

If your truck is equipped with a factory remote entry (key fob), you can buy the aftermarket keypad from your local dealer. If not you can check with the installer of the aftermarket system you have to see if they offer a similar item.

As for the lights, I would look to add some aftermarket lights. They will be brighter and less expensive.

Here is just one example

PIAA | 410 Driving Intense White Halogen Lamp Kit #4152

You can add the auxiliary up-fitter switches if your truck did not come with them and it will make wiring easy.

The OEM backup camera is integrated into the tailgate handle and would require significant wiring modifications. Again you would be better off with an aftermarket unit that uses the rear view mirror and has different camera options

That stinks. Not what I wanted to hear. I do have upfitter switches.
My aftermarket keyless entry is made by "auto mate".

I bet you're right about the foglights, but I was thinking of doing both: add factory fogs and add aftermarket fogs wired to upfitter switch.
