ad winch to 1010?

Wow!!!! a member for just over 3 years and this is your first post.
It's possible to hang a winch on the 3 pt. It may be more feasible and safer to make a mount to attach a winch to the draw bar attached to the tractor frame.
Just remember a winch draws a lot of amps.
A winch should be connected directly to the battery with heavy gauge cables.
Charging system and battery on tractor may need to be beefed up to support use of a winch.

Anyway I just bought a used a Pto powered Farmi winch that connects to category one or two three point hitch. I think my Ford 1910 tractor is a bit light for the kind of winching I plan to do. A friend has a jd1010 in good shape for a fair price. At present it has no three point hitch. So I'm asking if matching the Farmi winch with the jd 1010 is possible.

What is the model of Farmi winch?
That might be able to fit the 1010, but I'd be concerned for the integrity of the 1010. Also, wouldn't do it until you have secured the three point for the 1010.
Might be a trick to find the 3 ph ... even assuming the rocker lift arms are on the 1010.
Also a FEL would be needed for front weight/ballast for a Farmi winch.
The Ford 1910 and the Deere 1010 are pretty close in HP and weight. So if you have concerns for the Ford handling the Farmi, should maybe be in the same boat with the Deere.

It's a Farmi JL3073, the old style. No push-up blade, just "legs."

Didn't know you were talking about a Farmi PTO winch, Just assumed you meant a 12V winch. My mistake.
I agree with beenthere about finding 3 pt hitch parts for the 1010. If the rocker lift arms are present on the 1010 you may be able to find the rest at a local tractor supply store. If not you may be out of luck with the 1010.

Didn't know it was a 1010c crawler. One I am familiar with didn't have a PTO nor a 3 ph. I assume you have the PTO at least. And can get the hydraulics needed for the 3 ph if you have to make one.

Adding a pto & 3 pt hitch to a machine that's more than likely over 50 yrs old isn't going to be an easy task. Is the 1010 engine gasoline or diesel?
