I just got some information from Agco on some Hesston Round balers . They actually listed what weight tractor was recommened for each tractor as well as pto hp.
As I said BOUT TIME as to many people try to use a tractor too small and wind up getting pushed around on hilly ground even though they are meeting the hp requirements.
Just somthing I noticed and thought I would mention.
Have you noticed any of the other mfg doing this.

Hey neighbor! My brother's FIL (north of Cleveland) somehow turned a Vermeer round baler over a few weeks ago. I think I heard that a bale rolled down a hill after and hit the baler while the rear end was opened up. Not much damage and the baler supposedly still works. Will get more details.

If the belts are tracking straight likely the baler is not damaged. Even if the belts are not tracking straight the baler still could be fixed with a little work.
