A question about a 2520 with 62D mm w/ind. lift kit?

As the title goes, does anyone here have a 2520 with 62D MM drive on deck with ind. lift kit? If so when I set mine up and lift the deck up as high as it goes, I get 4.5 inchs from the bottom of the 62D to the ground, the John deere manual states it should be 6 inchs off the ground.

Anyway with the same set up, can you tell me what you get?

Are you measuring your blade or deck? The lift will raise the deck all the way up. The adjustment by the seat is for how far the deck drops. If you need the deck higher, you will have to do it with the turnbuckles on the lift arms.



Do your pins on the lift arms have hitch clips or the circle clips? Mine came with clips, and I have lost a few while mowing. I also lost one when doing some loader work without the mower on. I did not catch it in time and bent up one of the lift arms. I now use the circle clips. JC
