Wow, An American made product with best customer service I've ever seen in my 53 years on this earth. Purchased a 66" Wicked Grapple from EA in late November 2015. Loved it from day one! I use all of my equipment to 100% capacity( or more), but wouldn't say I abuse it. On May 6th of this year I managed to damage my grapple where the cylinder attaches to the body of the grapple. I think it happened while moving a tree trunk that was so large the the only way I could lift it was with by curling the grapple. First noticed it when the grapple would not close. Sent a couple of pictures on FB messenger to EA on a Sunday, got a quick reply to send more pictures by E-mail on Monday. On Monday they called and E-mailed explaining that they made a few grapples that were weak in that area, so they issued a return BOL, told me they would repair it and send it back! I was blown away, as I has owned it 1 1/2 years! Some time goes by before I take time to ship it. Shipped it off on Aug 17th, not knowing when my favorite implement would be back. Almost passed out when one week later I received a shipment notification! Holy cow! So this Monday I picked it up from Fed-EX Freight. Words can not describe how elated I was when I saw it. I honestly can not tell if it's my old grapple or a brand new one! Ted, Travis and the rest of the EA team are to be commended on such great customer service. Thank You so much for your help!
