hey guys, i just recently bought a 1940 something D8 2U, and it hasnt had any major problems, its got new heads, new tracks and has been kept in a shop. the main thing im asking is, is this machine to huge in your opinion? will it push a decent load? and with the shear blade attached will it handle good? iv never got to run this machine and was just wanting to know what you guys view as a big bulldozer. so if anyone has some adivice please let me know.

Machines were not built to be museum pieces, put her to work but don't expect to get the production of a modern tractor.Has it still got the cable blade and pony motor? Any photos?
