8x8 lumber connectors recommendation

I didn't post for a while as I was working with my family at our major life project "building our vacation home". Maybe I'll start a thread here with that topic in this winter. As the title said I'm looking for connectors or ideas how to attach 8x8 PT lumbers to create the frame to support the trusses above the deck and porch. Below are the plans of the cover over the deck; as can be seen I'm planning to use scissor style trusses which will seat on these 8x8 lumber frame. Really appreciate for any suggestion.

If your timbers are going to stay exposed then i would use something that looks nice plus strong as well.

It looks as if they "run through" the deck framing from the conc. pier. leaving simple conventional connections @ the deck with some good modern screws (re; GRK fasteners) or "let in" 1 of the band or ring joist into the post. Thay would be a choice for your code inspector if you have one. The beam (connection) under the trusses could be a simple notch cut for the beam to sit in and the 2 railing posts certainly will not "wiggle"
It may not be the easiest way to set the posts (full length) but your connections become easy along with a much stronger structure having less joints.

Mortise/tenon is a good way if you're butting posts to beams. Where the post sits on the masonry bases, I'd weld up (or get a machine shop to make) some metal brackets that would bolt to the post and base.
