88 Ford 555B - Trans fluid?

Thanks for looking in - I just purchased an 88 555B and the operators manual lists "Ford 41" for trans fluid - what is a comparable brand or the type of fluid...and where to find? Thanks

New Holland 134D hydraulic oil or its equivalent.

ditto what rickb said. in plain terms.. UTF fluids. available everywhere .. NH dealer, napa, TSC, walmart.. etc. just read the tag looking for M2c134D

Thanks - I have some hydraulic fluid from using other machines but don't see a UTF rating on them. Warren 303 Tractor Fluid and Cat 8T-9580 SAE16W- can I use these? When I purchased the 555 the hydraulic level was 5 gallons low - I added the CAT 8T - is that OK or should I drain and refill with UTF fluids? I'm hoping all hydraulic fluids can mix?...but I'm probably wrong? The manual says "Ford 48" for Hydraulic system but "Ford 41" for Transmission?

UTF is not a rating.. it's a name.. Universal Tractor Fluid.

303 is a very old whale oil standard. checkt he bottle for other standards..
