Thanks Tommy.
This Gator has come a long way since the first time I saw it in the guys wood shed,
the guy that imported it over from the states,
sitting on standard grass tyres,
covered in dust and cat prints,
and very little options fitted.
If a Gator could think, it probably thought it was in for a dismal existence

A sorry sight indeed.
I like to think now it has come to a good home.
It's going to be very useful for me as Ireland is a very wet country,
and I have a lot of stock to keep an eye on,
so no more soakings on the quad.
You can't see it here in the pictures,
but the entire under body/engine bay area is soaked in a transparent waxy tacky liquid,
to keep the rust bug away and keep the moisture out of the electrics.
BTW, those Xenon lights on the front bar may be small,
but they turn night into day, at least the bit in front of you!
Also the 5 toggle switches on the dash control the following:
1. Winch arm
2. Dash top electric windscreen heater/blower
3. Radio on/off
4. 12v socket(GPS) on/off
5. Fresh air fan
The other toggle switch has three positions.
Top: Warning beeper in reverse
Bottom: Reversing light when in reverse
Middle: Trailer reversing light
The red LED above this illuminates when in 4wd.
The green LED above the lights illuminates when sidelights are on.
The blue LED lights when the Xenon lights at the front are on.
The large red light on the left of the dash illuminates
when the winch is used.
The light switch between the seats illuminates the rear reversing light,
independent of the reverse action.
A 90A main fuse is fitted at the battery supplying everything before other smaller fuses.
The alternator 12v output had to be reconfigured
so as charge would show on Ammeter.
Thanks to everyone here for their advice on stuff over the months.
This Gator is probably the result of everyone's efforts here,
so you should all feel a little responsible for the way it has turned out.
