84 JD 750 TLB replace bushings and pins?

Good day all this little tractor came up locally and is being sold by government auction. I am going to call and get some info this week as they don't have much information on the listing. It says that all the pins and bushings on the loader and hoe are worn and will need to be replaced. The picture of the hour meter shows 1300 hours so I am thinking that's not much. Would this seem like a normal time frame to have to do this? It's a 67 loader and 7 backhoe. Not really thinking of putting in a bid but I am tempted to throw in a low ball bid and see what happens. Anybody know a ballpark cost to doing this or having it done? The tractor and impliments look to be in pretty good shape for its age and I have a few projects around the farm that the backhoe would help with. Thanks

I would consider changing the pins out for slightly larger ones and bore the bushings to fit. You may find that a few pins is all you need. Really you would need to take it apart to know what the best fix would be. I would estimate about $1500 to fix it, may not cost that much but better to estimate high.
