7Iron 72" deck keeps popping tire from rim

I have a low hour (~60 hours) 7Iron deck that keep popping the tire from the left front caster wheel. Here's the wheel/tire in question:

This is an older setup (2002 I think) but as stated above, this entire rig only has about 60 hours on it. The tire has popped off the rim about 4 times in the last 20 hours of using it. Each time I have carefully cleaned the wheel and the area of the tire that contacts the wheel. Is there perhaps a newer design tire/wheel available that doesn't have this problem? I'm not cutting rough stuff, just a regular lawn (1 acre or so) that's pretty level.

does the wheel swivel correctly? if an pneumatic tire, is it holding air? if it leaks, it will roll off the rim when it gets low.

It swivels freely. I'll clean the contact surface once again between wheel and tire and monitor pressure. I did a careful visual inspection of the tire last time, and did not notice any problems.

Is there perhaps a "sealer" of sorts that I can use to seal between the wheel and tire?

yes, there are bead sealers.. mostly a black thin rubber cement.. kinda makes a mess.. good when you have imperfect bead area... i'd air the tire and check it and see what it does over time..

also.. if it is a split weelded rim.. see if it is not leaking at the rim weld...

Thanks soundguy. I'll check the rim as well. Maybe I'll air up the tire and drop the whole thing in a bucket of water and look for bubbles being how small the tire is.

add a couple drops of soap to the water and it will help .

I use a squirt bottle of dish soap and water when i'm looking for a leak on a large tire.. on a small one i just toss the entire rim and tire in the horse trough when the horses aren't looking...

Any idea what would happen if one of the horses saw this process ?

there have been horse apple piles left very close to where I have to park my tractors.. HMM..

if you do find it's leaking, just get a tube for it, although those
little wheels are a pain to work on

More air pressure...a little spit on the valve stem after
you check pressure to make sure needle valve is not leaking /
double check it's tightness too.
