Having completed this fix to the point that I am waiting on an orifive/restrictor for one hydraulic line, the rest of it is assembled and greased. The hardest part of this was the replacement of the bushings. It turned out that the smart thing to do was to have the nippled machined. The first one I used a rotary file but still had to press it on after cutting a section out of the side to clear the hydraulic lines. That little bit gave me a little trouble replacing the top rail. The one I Had machine everything line up great. Prior to welding it to the cylinder I install the internal and did a dry fit up. I did not use a torch or plasma cutter on the nipples cuts, used a sawzall and lube on the cuts. I know after I pull this out of the shop and sweep the floor I’ll find the missing restrictor for the hydraulic line.
