Today with 30 hours on my TC-40D I had an interesting morning. I had a 120' trench to dig for gutter drain on the pole barn and I wanted to get an early start. When I started to attach the female hydraulic coupler on the rear of the tractor the locking ring refused to move forward to make the lock. When I tugged on the coupler it came loose from the tractor and ejected about half of the retaining balls from within. Now I have a female coupler with no retainer balls, but I'm not calling the dealer and telling him that cause all I'll hear on my end of the phone is laughter. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif I did call and told him just to bring one along, just in case.
After looking at it he remarked that he had never seen one come apart like that in the field. Anyway my dealer did save the day with a replacement coupler delivered to my site and installed within 2 hours of my call. Now thats what I call customer service. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
