So, I finelly looked at this 7520 and am pleased with it except for the brakes. Seems somebody set the hand brake, which just locks the foot pedals, and drove it. There are brakes to both rears but the pedal is soft and low. Is there a way to adjust the brake pedal travel and what are the chances of ruined brake pads or whatever. How big a job and how many dollars.
