I need information on how to remove the instrument panel to get to the starter switch. I removed the lower panel, 4 screws on the upper instrument panel and try to pull it up around the steering column. Only goes up slightly and I know you have to disconnect the tack cable. Has anyone removed this panel?? To get it to come all the way up do you have to unhook the electrical connectors to get more slack to get it further up. My dealer who sold these back in 95 doesn't know how to remove the instrument panel. SAD!!
