7260 3pt lift siezed

My rear lift seems siezed. Won't completely lower or raise at all. I have a 476 loader on it and it works fine. I know very little about working on a tractor, but I did remove the covers where the lever is to see what I could see. It appears to me, when I move the lever to raise or lower, the linkage it is hooked to, (and I would assume what triggers the hydraulics to lift or raise) does not move at all, the lever is more or less giving or bending a little instead of activating what it needs to activate. Is there anything simple I can check or do while trying to find a mechanic to come out. For whatever reason, Im having a fit finding someone to come take a look at.
