Price Check 702C Front Blade Price ? How much ?

Hello, I've got a line on a 702C front mount dozer/snow blade. The blade is in great condition. I'm wondering how much this unit cost new ? If the price is right, I plan to buy it and make it fit my TC30.

The unit has the frame and hydraulic cylinders for tilt and lift. I seem to remember this assembly quoted around $2,200 when I bought my tractor. Does anyone know the cost of this unit ?

At some point, after I bought my TC30, New Holland started refering to it internally as a value unit. Hence, the V was used. Though, I don't think its ever been labled on the machine itself. Gear drives and hydros of the TC30 were both considered 'value models.'

The 72CBLA front blade kite for the TC30 runs $2449 assuming that you already have the mid mount valve. Price obtained from the State of MN contract specifications web site.

Ok, I got the blade. I've measured and eye-balled the subframe and it looks like it may just bolt into place if I remove the bracket that holds the front of 7308 loader. I'll probably fab-up a different mount so I don't have to do that. I paid $850 for the whole setup. I really don't believe this blade has ever been used. I can't see any wear on the blade edge and the skid shoes still have paint on the bottom.

Nice looking plow Mrwurm, and a great price to boot.

We used chrome polish to clean up the cylinders on an old Meyers snow plow. Did a pretty decent job and there are no leaks at the seals as a result. I might recommend a light coat of grease on the pistons when the plow is parked, it does the job for us.

You know Jerry if that plow doesn't work on your TC30 and it came off of a TC33D it just might fit my TC29D /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
