7 ft Finish Mower?

/ 7 ft Finish Mower? #2
I pull a 7 foot land pride finish easily with my 335. It mows nicely in med range. It cuts fine in high but my yard is not that smooth. When using in high you have to really feather the foot pedal or it will bog down. I have not had that at all in med. I cut about 3 acres of mostly flat ground from 7 to 4 inches regularly. DK35Vince in the Kioti forum does the same with his Kioti.
I would say go ahead and get it. If the grass is too long you can always go slower or take a partial bite.

Word of warning that at least for the land pride I have not been able to source aftermarket replacement blades. The dealer wants like $50 each! Interestingly the mulching blades from the dealer are cheaper @ $30.

I used to put Gator-Blades on my Kubota using a Cat1 to Cat0 3PH reducer hacksawed to 1/4" to accommodate the factory spindles on the MMM.

That being said, I have a 72" finish mower on my CT235. No problem.

i run the landpride 7 ft rear dishcharge on my 235 so you should have no problem with it on your 335. i love my mower even in medium range it cut my time down more than half you just can't get around trees good but i just use my little rider for trim .good luck and happy mowing.

I was wondering the maximum I could pull behind my 235, seems like a timely post
