6415 instrument cluster

I had a question posed to me concerning rebuilding the cluster on a 6415. I see a handful of websites claiming to provide this service, but don't have a clue which, if any, are reliable or problematic.

Anyone have any experiences to share regarding past cluster repairs, good or bad?
