Have a 6410 electric reverser, no forward or reverse. and engine will not start
thought it was neutral safety switch, replaced that, no help. Replaced enable sensor, no help.
pulled and cleared all codes, was able to start tractor by jumpering the neutral safety switch. still no fwd and rev, read codes and 57 keeps coming up.
looking at the TSM, it looks like the reverser spool valve isn't moving and thats why the neutral switch isn't in the right spot.
Where is the RCU located? (cab Tractor)
looking at schematic in book but I still can't figure out where it is. Is it in the compartment to the left and behind operators seat?
Think I have a wiring issue but I'm not sure

Looking in JD parts, it looks like it is on one of the fenders (hard to tell)I am guessing left? I highlighted in yellow, what "might" be the fender?

Both the RCU and the SFA control units have 18 pin connectors, a center retaining screw and 9 terminals on each side of the pin. To help ID the RCU, it uses 16 of the 18 terminals, the SFA uses 13 of the 18 terminals.

Code 57 is low or open current on the enable circuit. It's a yellow wire number 694.

Check the following:

Fuse F202 10A
Diode V202
Relays K212 and K213

If these all check good. Start tracing the yellow wire number 694. I would start at the RCU and work my way to the relays.

In the TSM reference SE19 pages 240-10-31 & 32

what is the SFA, do all tractors have it?
in a compartment behind the seat on left side is a box with large connector. also in same place is a 18 pin connector not hooked to anything

Suspended Front Axle control unit. No, all tractors do not have it.

Does the number of wires match what I posted in post #2?

it will be this weekend before I can dive back into it but the number of wires looks correct.

Brother-in-law decided to take it to the dealer.
replaced relay to fix the code 57. Still would not go forward. They pulled valve body and found a broken spring jamming one of the valves
