62C deck on 2210

When the deck height is in the "LOCK" position, should the deck move at all when the 3PH is lowered. I finally got my deck adjusted so that I could get the knob to go to the lock position, and got the 2mm clearance on the studs. It still drops about an 1 or so. Do I not have it adjusted right?

<font color="green">The deck on my2210 seems to exhibit the same behavior you describe although I never measured how much the deck drops before it locks. I will be interested in learning more about this from what others have to say.</font>

My deck drops very slight maybe 1/4" at the max.
