6000 Steering

Wondered if anybody else out there has had any trouble with the steering on the 6000? The pin that is held in by a roll pin and mounts the actuator to the frame fell off after the roll pin backed out. Thank goodness I was in the feild not on the highway when I discovered I could not steer. I had just greased everything a few days before. The roll pin backed out not sheared.
