60" Glacier Pro with power angle

Decided to put this together just to make sure I got all the right parts and that they fit together like they should.

Bike's a 2014 Sportsman 570. Plow's a 60" Glacier Pro (steel) with top snow deflector, side snow scoops, power angle, and track extension. All in the plow weighs 145lbs. I'm impressed with how beefy it all is.

This was an area that I thought and researched long and hard to see what to do with it... I modified the lower mounting bracket quite a bit to get it up and to the left as much as possible.






Pretty good. I'll take a little vid here soon on how easy it is to hook up and remove. It's almost silly. LOL ...as well as up down/ side to side.

Oh! So as I was saying; I'm doing this in Aug. in case something didn't work or fit. Well the side scoops don't fit. The instructions show the plow shoes as being threaded with a mounting bracket bolted to them... well mine aren't threaded. Just round stock with cotter pin holes for adjustment. I could drill some holes and make it work... but I dropped some big money on this entire setup, and shouldn't have to hack it together.

PS; please excuse the messy garage. Knocking out three projects at the same time, and they're all coming done now. Once finished I'll do a major clean up of the garage and shed. (they're closely related... cleaning up means back and forth a couple dozen times. LOL)

The dealership gave me some threaded shoes... but they're not long enough. Bringing them back after work... we'll see what they come up with.
