I have a 580C which starts easily and has plenty of power for the 1st 10 to 15 minutes of operation and then you can here the engine pitch change accompanied by white smoke and almost no engine power. Sometimes it will continue to run at the reduced RPM sometimes it will just quit. In all cases it will restart and run fine for 1 to 10 minutes before repeating the power loss.
A few hours back I replaced the ball valve at the injector pump to the return lines and it worked fine for 10 to 15 hours of operations. I have removed cleaned and inspected the ball valve but it seems to have no effect this time round.
Filters have been replaced, vent lines checked, fuel flow to injector pump confirmed and now I am simply out of ideas.
Sure would appreciate any input, I keep thinking it is something simple I am over looking.
