So Yesterday A Buddy of mine asked me to help cut up Some Hardwood for his stove, He got about a Picker load. SO I loaded up the 562 XP, the 450 and Rancher 55. I get up there and he has a Reg 55 and a 460 Rancher, We BS for a bit and he goes on to tell me how the Cord would not retract first thing this morning on his 460 so he took it to dealer and they fixed it,he gets back tries to start it same thing. Goes back to dealer and they put whole new assembly on it, new flywheel and all.
SO There are a couple guy's there and they all really want to try out the 562 well I go to start it and after the second pull the cord would not retract and it felt odd when I pulled it. I take the cover off, the Cover broke along with the pulley and it also cut grooves in the fly wheel. Have the parts all on order and had to use other saws the rest of the day, Really wanted to give the 562 a workout.
I left with my buddy at his shop and he is getting the parts for me, Is there any Service Bulletins I should have him address on the saw? It is one of the earlier models.
