My 5600 ford got a little too close to my neighbors 7700 Ford that was on fire in my shop when when the shop buned to the ground. It looks repairable, unlike the 7700 Ford that's a toasted mess. I have it sitting right now with the rear tires kind of flat, I need a set of 16.9-34's for the rear. My big question is the fuel sysytem. I'm on a VERY limited buget, no job. I've replaced the fuel filter, flushed the tank and lines and have clean fuel going to the injection pump. The high pressure part seems to work fine, it will crank and run, then cuts off. It's like the supply pump is bad inside the injection pump. If I am correct, these probably a rotory vane inside the head that pumps fuel to the HP section. It will crank, fire run for a minute then cut off. If I let it sit a minute, it's fire right back up. Does anyone have a parts diagram for this pump? I think it's a CAV like this one. Ford/New Holland Fuel Injection Pump (5600, 5610, 6610, E2NN9A543JC) Are there springs behind the vanes that might have got hot and collapsed?
