5325 Overall Width

The 5325 wit R4 tires comes in over 72inches. Our current line-up of equipment was bought for 72 or less tractor, as we have a NH TC55DA. I would like to step up to the 5325 with Cab, although don't want to upgrade tillers, mowers, rakes, box blades, etc. Any thoughts on tire options with Industrial Bar in mind, as Ag tire will be too aggressive on lawn?

We are also considering 4720, although the sub-compact frame feels like I am stepping down from my TC55 which I love. My brother is selling green now and I would like a cab, thus the reason for trading.

What I have on the 5025 series has the 5325 at 72.5". I dont know that will make much of a difference to ya. The 5325 has alot of tire option I'm sure theres one that is'nt so bad. That sure is One fine machine. I could only wish and dream.

You will find that the 5x25 series is a fine unit and can be had with a buddy seat. However, it will come in at least $5large more than the 4720 and will be much larger(longer, wider, taller) and heavier. It is not, in any way, shape, or form, a CUT. I consider it a full size utility tractor. If you have any plans to move it via a trailer, you better have a bigun and a big tow vehicle. Moreover, you ain't gettin no Hydro Static tranny on the 5x25 series.

Finally, I can say from personal experience as a child growing up with tractors, that your little buddy will tire/get bored with the buddy seat very quickly. If you have visions of him hanging with you in the cab for more than half an hour at a time, think again. Rides are fun, actual work is not.
