I am currently working in the KSA and have a friend that owns and JD 2018 5075E tractor with a 520M loader mounted, We have found a guy who owns a CNC plasma machine and are wanting the get one made so he can install when we get back home. Is there anyone that can take measurements of the grill guard so we can get this made. All of us guys live in different states but we have a meeting that all will attend so the plan is to have these cut and picked up at this meeting. We have tried the wife can you send me a picture of the tractor thing that just didnt work out. so am here asking for help. I have included the one i had made for my 7060 just so happen the guy had a m 6060 with the same loader but we are wanting one made for my friend
What exactly do you need measurements of?
I may be misunderstanding, but what does the loader have to do with anything?
This is the only picture I could quickly find that shows my 5075E grill guard. It's basically a screen with brackets.
I can take measurements, but of what? The screen dimensions? How and where it connects to bracket? Bracket dimensions?
This tractor is Tier II, I doubt guard changed when tractor hood changed and it went to Tier IV, but not sure.
If you make a grill guard like the one for the Kubota I hope your buddy doesn't ever need to use those worthless headlights again....it's bad enough that the loader blocks them.
