5035 starter solenoid

Sometimes my 5035 will not turn over i have to use a screwdriver to jump start the solenoid, Mahindra says solenoid is not sold separate I have to buy starter also. Can a generator/starter shop fix this? I want to check here first before I start call around.

Yes- should be an easy fix for a repair shop. Have you verified the ignition switch is sending power to the solenoid consistently?

I haven't done any checking yet. It does every now and then not all the time.
