Oil & Fuel 5005 DI engine oil and hydralic fluid

Bought a used one with no manual. What is API rating and weight for engine oil for 5005 DI? How about proper hydralic fluid?

I am in East Texas. I run Shell Rotella 5w40 (synth) in the engine and regular Universal Tractor Hydraulic in the hydraulics. I have the service manuals but don't remember the actual numbers.
