Oh yeah meant to ask - do you get any hydro whine with your new fluid? Seems mine whines like a whipped dog now that I changed and I cant figure anything else out with it. I did use the all purpose - which seemed to be the best available at my local TSC - so maybe I should seek out the Shell stuff...

I used the Shell Donax TD for the change on my CK30hst with Kioti filters and didn't notice any difference at all. The Donax TD is a 10W-30 weight oil. I get it from a local oil supplier for $70/five gallon bucket. A little expensive but I hope worth it. My next change is coming near and might get enough for two changes with the way oil prices are climbing. There are other recommended oils, via Kioti, that also are a 10W-30 oil. I wonder what the TSC oil weight is? Someone here had used TSC "premium hydro oil" and said it worked fine but I've seen different types of TSC oil on the shelf.
