Wow, just finished the 50 hour service on a CK35 gear. Drained all the fluids, and replaced with new. I ordered the filters from Wallace (thanks for the fast service and free shipping on the complete kit). The service was not cheap, but probably the most important. I was shocked at the amount of metal shavings on two of the four drain plugs for the hydraulic fluid. I thought they were rubber o-rings there was so much metal on the magnetic drain bolts. I used Traveler Premium UTF from TSC ($39.00/5 gallon), filled the front axle to the weep hole with 80-90 weight, and used Shell Rototella 15-40 engine oil. Banged my head once on the raised front end loader arms (raised after I changed the fluids to blow out the hood vents, radiator screen, and air box), and banged my head twice on the folded ROPS (folded to get it in the garage) while adding the hydraulic fluid into the rear of the tractor fill tube. All in all?ot too bad of an experience, however, a pneumatic grease gun is in my very near future. One side note, you need a 24mm wrench to remove the rear axle drain plugs for the hydraulic system (a socket will just not fit).
