475di Head Bolt Torque Specs

Does anyone have the Head Bolt Torque Specs for a 475 DI. Late 90's 3 cylinder. Looks like an International. Dealer doesn't have info. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

According to my manual, head bolts should torque to 65-70 lbs/ft.
