Thanks to all of you TBNr's for your help and advice. My 4710 was delivered yesterday /w3tcompact/icons/grin.gif - and thanks to all of the advice and info on the site I feel very comfortable that I have made the right choice and at least have "some idea" what I am doing... Seriously - 12 months ago I didn't know a thing about tractors, now at least I know enough to ask intelligent questions and know what to be "cautious" of...
It is a very nice machine and I've already put it to use filling some holes etc. Bigger projects start when my box blade and rotary cutter arrive next week.
Spec of my tractor:
4710 w/e-hydro, R4's, 460 Loader w 61" HD bucket
Extra's include a 7' Curtis loader blade, 3rd SCV for blade angle, forward and rear rear work lights, i-Match, ballast box, and cruise.
I am confident that this machine will allow me to do lots of things around the property (my wife already has a list of garden tasks...hey, she said "get what you want" regarding the purchase so I couldn't be happier)
Thanks to all! There will be more questions coming!
Bill.
