4700 HST no drive to the rear wheels??

My brother has and an odd problem with his approximately 10 year old 4700 HST CUT.

He isn't getting torque to the rear wheels, but he is getting torque to the front wheels in MFWD.

Has anybody else run into this?

Any ideas?

It sounds like something is broken or disconnected in the final drive. It might help to look through deere parts in the rear drive section to give you some leads on where exactly to check. That series of tractor is very durable and I have not heard of any final drive problems. Sorry I cannot be of more help.
