Price Check 4610 Price Check

I am thinking selling my 4610 with 460 FEL, 1172 BB w/top/tilt, and MX6 rotary mower w/ chains (never used). Has 110 hrs. I had it 9 mos and is in excellent condition. I am unsure what its market value is and was hoping someone might give me an idea what it may be worth. I am in the Houston area. Thanks in advance! Barry

Welcome to TBN!
I cant tell you what it would be worth in your area with any real accuracy. I would assume that you would have lost little or no value from your purchase price assuming you did not over pay for it. Good used tractors are hard to find and usually command a premium. I find that JD's hold thier value very well in our area.

Have you checked local dealers to see if they have any used inventory? That would give you a good guide.

Go to Deere.com and look around for the Used Machinary link. Select Deere and put in your model number. It will give you all the used 4610's registered on dealer's lots. That might give you an idea.

Yes, I called JD dealers and no one has anything like mine. They said they could sell it for me....at a large consignment fee. I will probaly ask $23500 for the whole package.

That seems like a low price to me but I am in CA. Your tractor is essentially new and very well equiped. If that is close to what you paid for it then that might be about right.

Not knowing.....I would say start at maybe a $1,000 less than you paid. Or maybe $500 less.
