I've got a chance to buy a 461 Haybine for $200. I have not seen the machine, but the guy says that about 1'-2' of rubber is missing on one roller. Does anyone know if rollers from another model are interchangeable? A buddy of mine priced brand new rollers for his NH a year ago and they were pretty high. I guess to me, if I could get a set of rollers for cheap off of another unit, it would be worth it, if not, then i'll keep looking for another haybine.
Also, how is this model's quality? I've seen reports on other sites of people saying it was a really good mower. Can anyone here back that up? Thanks in advance for any help!

Welcome CW !

For the price you were quoted, you can run just fine with rubber chunks missing. The rolls spin so fast its just a blink of the eye that will catch it. That probably means more chunks will come flyin' your way. The conditioning effect is the only thing affected. These are pretty good machines to operate and repair. Parts from TSC (or equivalent). Consider getting a spare knife because repairing sickle knives in the field is a PITA unless it has bolt-on sections. It might need a new reel belt (easy to change) or a new sickle drive belt (a little harder to change). Maybe even a tire or 2. For the money, you are already $800 ahead of the going rate. Its a good "small field" machine.
