I have a 4530 and just love it. I have shred 80 acres of hay with it. Dug holes, lifted timber, & moved heavy rocks with the FEL. Not one problem. I was just wondering if everyones experience has been the same? I don't see much here on the 4530. Maybe that's a good thing.

I work with a guy who bought one last Feb same time as I got my 3525.
He's clearing /taking care of 80 acres of old family land. Anyway, he loves it.
The only problems he's had are self inflicted because the tractor is not a replacement for a bull dozer.He's broke off a grease zerk on the fromt axle pivot (Metric) tapped it out to 1/4 inch and replaced it.
A fitting somewhere on the rear loosened up and he lost all his hydraulic fluid.
Got stuck more than once in VERY muddy areas he never should have been, pushed his way out with the loader.
He's been pushing over trees, up to 6 inch dia so he says but he's going to stop and hire that done and stick to brush hogging etc..... Long story short he loves it and has had no problems, although he's just coming up on 50 hours.

Had my 4530 for about 9 months. Used mostly for clearing some brush and dead trees off 6 acres. Have used it to pull out stumps, up to 6 or 8 inches, depends on what kind od trees they are. Have had no trouble whatsoever.

I have had 3 problems with it .
1 ; a minor problem , there is supposed to be a 3" spacer
under the seat , Mahindra had eliminated it just before i
bought the tractor . I found the seat to be uncomfortable,
so i installed a two and a half inch square tubing under the
seat , bolted it to the frame , much better !
2 ; the shifter is sloppy and binds , there are times when i
cannot get 1st or 2nd into gear , needs to be adjusted !
Very annoying !
3 ; the parking brake did not work very well !
poorly designed ! my tractor almost ran me over first day i
owned it , that's with the parking brake fully engaged !
the dealer was not willing to do much .
I fixed the problem by removing the entire brake linkage
fabrikating and installing a different type of linkage .
As far as engineering i had to do some heavy thinking !
The new linkage works much better than factory ,
holds the tractor every time !

I bought mine in spring '06. I just reached 150 hours. I don't have the FEL (wish I did) and use the tractor to bush hog 20 acres and keep up with yard work. I also use a Bush Hog finishing mower to mow my lawn (a 4530 is kind of pricey for a lawn mower!). Other than that it's just a farm machine. Discing and rowing gardens, box grading the driveway, etc.
I have only had a couple problems with mine, but nothing major at all.
The relay for the delayed timing when cold went out and they changed it out with the upgraded one. No problem since.
The shifter is spongy, but I have learned how to use it properly. Just don't force it!
The rear brakes stick and clunk when using during turning.
And a couple more that I can't really remember but you can search my posts to find out.
In all, I am extremely happy with it. Especially when I get to pull out my brother-in-law's 60 hp JD(he's always getting his stuck mowing around his pond)!! I have never gotten it stuck, but my uncle did once...in the bottom of my pond (it was drained at the time!). I am thinking about going back to get the FEL now. I find more and more projects where I could use it.
