JD 4520 05 model. Has kit added by JD to add SCV's 4 and 5 to the rear. They are controlled by a switch that controls a electric diverter valve.
The switch is on the right panel next to the lift handle not on the joystick or fender.
When the switch is flipped you are suppose to be able to use the loader joystick to control SCV's 4 and 5. The loader should not move when switch is activated.
Problem is that my loader still will go down, and nothing hooked to the rear remotes "SCV 4 and 5" will work.
The loader goes down, but does not have down pressure meaning it falls down but want pick up the tractor.

Took solenoid diverter coil and stem to hydraulic shop and they said it is working right.
Have unhooked loader QA's and rear remotes still don't work.
Please help.
If you have this setup please contact me so I can compare.
Part number is one of these lvb25111 or lvb25511
Thanks

Probably not the problem, but be sure all the FEL hoses are connected to the right couplers, and re-set all the couplers (remove, re-couple) just to be sure they make a good connection.

I posted a hydraulic schematic on the other thread you posted on. Does the FEL function normally when the switch is shut off? If I had to guess, I would say one of the solenoids is not energizing.

Yes the FEL works fine when switch is off.
There is only one solenoid and it seems to be working. It moves freely and hydraulic shop says it is working.
Where did you post schematic ?

Am I missing something?
Dealers have no help.
thanks

I posted it on the other thread that you asked the same question, but here it is. I see what you mean, there is only one solenoid, but there are 4 pilot operated valves from that one solenoid valve. One or more of those valves are not shifting, or there is an obstruction somewhere...possibly a bad quick connect. Start simple first, but if it comes down to it, you should be able to tear that block apart, and look for broken springs, blown o-rings, etc.

I've got 2 tractors with a diverter valve configuration - a cab model 4720 and a 110TLB. When you activate or switch from rear to front SCV's and vice versa you can typically hear the valve body "clunk" when it changes the flow direction.

I have also had to have the diverter body rebuilt on my 110. Two out of six pilot valves began to leak and one of them loosened up enough that the "O" ring got pinched and you could visibly notice the broken ring.

Check the diverter body out for leaks, sticking pilot valve (can jam up), etc.

If all the other hydraulic functions, steering, 3pt lift, pto, eHydro are working without problems and you can't see any external problems... Well, I'd guess you've got some foreign material in the diverter body.

Hello AKfish. I some how missed your post. I got it fixed at the dealer, it was a stuck valve in the diverter manifold. Thanks for your help.
