4520 new tracto r warranty

i just bought a new 4520 jd but am confused by the lenth of overall warranty . my dealer said 3 yrs was the complete warranty but my owner's manual states 5 yrs on emission parts . anybody asked about their warranty. thanks for any info

The emissions warranty is a Federal Gov't thing, same as automobiles. If you read through your warranty on a recent model car/truck, the emissions warranty lasts much longer than coverage on anything else, depending on the brand.
