4510 Fuse Box Latch

The fuse box latch on my 4510 came apart. The latch and plastic nut were laying on the floor board but I was not able to find any other parts. The JD parts diagram doesn't really show details of this assembly and the parts man at the dealer didn't have any ideas about what it might be? The newer models have a different type latch. Attached pictures show the latch, nut and the empty hole at the top of the open box. Does anyone know what part is missing?

Missing is the soft rubber grommet (donut-like ring about 1/4" long) under the nut that swells up in the hole when the lever is dropped. Like a boat drain stopper.

Likely rolled away or back in the innards somewheres. Can you order the latch part number M133730 and solve the problem? Someone must have unscrewed the latch lever instead of just flipping it up.
