It leaks all the fluid out if left sitting for several weeks. Is it best to replace the whole part or rebuild the cylinder with new seals? Do you need special tools to rebuild the cylinder? Thanks for all comments, SB

You should be able to put a kit in the cly. The kit cost about 80.00 bucks from Mahindra and no special tools are required but some could make it easier.

I had the cylinder rebuilt at a local tractor repair shop. The cylinder is now leaking from a drain/bleeder bolt on the botom right side of the cylinder. I do not want to take the tractor back to the shop that rebuilt the cylinder. Any ideas/comments on how to fix this leaking bolt/bleeder? Thanks, SB
