Check with your dealer and see if they will make a copy of the schematic (wiring diagram) for you from the technical manual. Or you can buy a tech manual for your own use. Either way, that's where you will find the schematic.

What specific area do you need? The schematics are good size, and sections of the schematic could be posted if you have something in mind.
But the best would be to get ahold of a copy (CD) of the tech manual. Worth the price, IMO.
I only have the 4400 on my CD, so it may not cover changes that might have taken affect with the upgrade.

Agree there are a LOT of schematics for all the different versions. Power Reverser, Hydro, etc., so you need to buy the CD. But maybe these pages for the primary 4410 harness will help for now.

I really appreciate the help. I'm having trouble with the safety interlocks for the seat and PTO. I bought the tractor used so someone may have tampered with it. Mine is the ehydro model. The pictures posted are exactly what I'm looking for. I'll have to make sure they match my machine. I need to break down and buy that book or cd you all mentioned.

Pretty much a necessity if you plan to work on your own tracter vs having to take it to the shop whenever it needs something fixed.
Thanks again for the help guys. I have the manual on order, but haven't solved my problem yet. Does the manual have troubleshooting info? The way I understand it, the tractor is supposed to die if you get off the seat with the pto running. My seat switch is good, and the tractor will stop moving if you get up with your foot on the pedals. With the pto running the machine still runs though. Anyone have any suggestions while I wait on the cd?

If you bought the tecnical manual, yes...if you bought the owners manual, then no.

Could you send me the complete wiring diagram of the 3140 John Deer.The wires on the clock has all been cut and would I like to know witch wire is the earth wire that I could start from their.
