The tractor price looks pretty good. The back hoe I can't say much cause I just have never looked at them.

The loader does seem hi though to me. I payed $2500.00 for mine with a 60" bucket. Now mine is a New Holland 7308 but I would think the prices would be pretty close. Some of the other John Deere people can tell you better.

I gave $3500 for a 460 loader. I'd think he could come down some on the 430.

In all fairness, I need to figure out if the package price is OK, I know that the individual items include other componants (SCV's, Power Beyond, etc) /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

You might want to look at a 72" or (4 in 1) bucket so it covers your wheel tracks. I had dealer turn my rear tires around to give me more width on hills.

Bought mine (4310)last October. No haggle price at my dealer. Email me if you want their #. Some Dealers hate this website. Some embrace it.

All these prices reflect purchasing at once as package deal. I know the added hydraulics cost more for the backhoe option. I was wondering if part of the backhoe price included any of the extra hydraulics needed? I would love a backhoe, I know the 4310 can hold up to the 48 model, is there any reason not to buy the bigger, longer reaching backhoe instead of the 47? I know the price is a bit more for the 48. Just wondering...Kyle
