4052 Reflash to 4066?

I'm looking at a nice used 4052 but would like the extra power of the 4066. The Turbo, Injectors, fuel Pump, & ECU is all the same as far as I can tell for both tractors. Does anyone know somebody that can flash a 66hp tune on the 52? Can anyone tell me for sure if as a last resort I could order a ECU with a 4066 vin and simply swap the ecu?

If I get this Super Clean 52 it would save me some money so I'd like to go this route if possible.
