Anyone using rear tire chains on a Mahindra 4025 with industrial tires. I have only 1 3/4" clearance and the chain dealer told me that I need at least 3". Any suggestion on getting this much clearance?

Gee, I barely can fit my open hand between my fender and my turf tires and I have 3 link ladder chains installed.
Only on occasion will a link make contact (like downhill flat out)
True with industrials you would need more clearance as chains would need to be of a 'knitted' design due to the deep treads.

Consider screw in studs as your solution.

On the other hand tightly installed with lots of binders 1 3/4" should be OK.

To the forum from Alabama. How much snow you got this year. I remember working in Allenport when we got snowed in for a week. All the roads were closed and the Holiday Inn, in Mount Union, where we were staying at ran out of food by the third day. We had to dig our vehicles out of the parking lot to go get food.
