4 in 1 Problem Minor?

I can't believe this has been going on since April!
I did solve the problem. Switch was fine. Whoever wired this left a bare metal connection under the console that was shorting out. Worse yet they installed a inline fuse to the number one fuse in the block. I found both yesterday after a few hours of tracking.
